Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/24/24. The on-site inspection began at 3:40pm and ended at 4:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present with 3 caregivers and 1 adult household member. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver records while on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home and interview. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations
1The license and any other documents, required by the Superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
