Inspector Notes
An unannounced code compliance inspection was initiated on 2/8/2023 and concluded on 2/8/2023 from 9:40 AM to 10:45 AM. There were 23 children present, ranging in ages from three to five, with four teachers and one administrator present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and procedures. A total of two children?s records and two staff?s records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
