A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 1/13/2023. There were 32 children present with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, medication, abuse and neglect and mandated reporting . A total of 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:35 am and concluded at 2:20 pm.
