Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A monitoring inspection was initiated on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 and concluded on Thursday, February 3, 2022. The licensing manager was contacted by email/telephone and a remote inspection was conducted of a review of records. There were no children and staff present at the facility as the program is conducting virtual learning. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, and, special care and emergencies. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
