Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on February 26, 2024 at 1:10 pm to 3:00 pm at the center. The HR staff records review was completed on February 28, 2024. There were 110 children present with 23 staff supervising. The inspector completed observations of the children in care napping, participating in quiet activities with staff, transition from napping, completing handwashing/bathroom breaks, eating their snack, and preparing for dismissal. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 15 children records and 6 staff records were reviewed.
