Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 02/14/21 and concluded on 02/17/22 with the virtual tour. The director was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 5 toddlers present, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
