Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:15 until 12:30 p.m. There were seven children present ages one year and up with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records were reviewed. Children were observed playing inside, washing hands, eating lunch and getting ready for rest time.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
