Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on October 4, 2022, from 11:15 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 9 children in the care of 3 staff. Four children and three staff records were reviewed and update. No violations were found during this inspection.
