Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on May 13, 2024 from 9:20 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. There were 11 children in care ages 4 through 5 years old under the supervision of 3 staff. Children were observed during transition time and during an outdoor activity.

Three staff records were reviewed and up to date.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable requirements or law. No violations were issued.
