Inspector Notes

An announced initial study was conducted with the provider from 10:30 am - 11:30 am. There were no children in care during the inspection. The family day home was observed for age/stage appropriate supplies, activities, and equipment for the ages the provider has requested for licensure. Background checks were reviewed for the provider and one household member and were in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weatherband radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency postings and emergency preparedness plan were reviewed and in compliance.
