Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from10:45 am - 11:45 am. There were three children in care with the provider for a total of nine points. The children were observed playing with puzzles and reading board books. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and one staff records were reviewed.
