Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documentation review, and interview.

A renewal inspection was conducted on 8/3/21. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present as the program is currently not operating due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Director reported that the program is scheduled to re-open in September. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. Two staff records were reviewed as well as additional program documentation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
