Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/24/22 from 8:35am to 10:00am with the Director and program staff. There was one nine-month-old child in care, supervised by two staff. The program just re-opened and the director reported that additional children will start next week. The child was observed having free play and interacting with program staff and then eating breakfast. The center provides baby food and formula for infants and has catered meals for older children. One child record and two staff records were reviewed and were in compliance. The Center has two staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, as well as trained in Daily Health Observation. There were no medications on site but the program has two staff trained in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The attendance was reviewed. The most recent Fire Inspection on file was dated 1/11/22 and the most recent Health Inspection on file was dated 10/20/21.
