Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/02/2022 from 12:00pm to 1:15pm. There were 3 children ages 10 months to age 15 months old supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, outdoor playground areas, programming, menus, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, 1 medication with corresponding authorization records, emergency drills, and emergency supplies were reviewed. Children were observed napping, being fed and looking at books. Diapering and handwashing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
