Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/19/24 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 12/17/24 relating to Programs, Staffing and Supervision, and Special Services. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
