Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 6/6/2022 and concluded on 6/9/2022 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on 6/2/2022 regarding allegations in the areas of behavior guidance, supervision, medication administration, operational responsibilities, and forbidden action. On 6/6/2022 the inspector was on site from 8:52 am to 11:05 am. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. Additional documentation was viewed and an additional interview was conducted remotely on 6/8/2022.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to
be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
