Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/17/2022. The inspector was on site from approximately 10:00 am-12:20 pm. There were 25 children present, ranging in ages from 2 months to 4 years, with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, nutrition and background checks. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
