Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.
Areas of chipped and peeling paint were observed on the preschool cubbies and school age classroom windowsills. In the two year old classroom, two red chairs were observed with torn fabric which exposed the foam interior.
