Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today using an alternate inspection protocol. A full licensing renewal inspection was also conducted on this date. The provider and one assistant caregiver were caring for 11 children, totaling 26 points. The Inspector reviewed 2 children's records, 2 caregiver records, and 2 household member records.
