Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/16/2023. The provider had 9 children in care totaling 21 points. The assistant had left at 11am according to the provider.
The children were observed playing outside, playing inside , having lunch and getting ready for nap. Today's lunch was spaghetti and sauce, with bananas and cut up grapes served as the fruit.
Milk was offered as the drink. Lots of interaction between the provider and the children. The children are all great communicators. A violation notice was given to the provider with this summary. 3Evidence: Review of 3 staff files were conducted during the inspection. Staff 2 is missing a subsequent TB screening, last screening is from 10/12/21.
Evidence: At the time of the inspection the provider was observed with 9 children totaling 21 points. The provider stated that the assistant had gone to the library to drop off library books.
The provider later stated that the assistant had errands to run and would not return.
Evidence: The diaper changing pad on the diaper changing table is torn and is no longer nonabsorbent,
