Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 8/9/23. The provider had 9 children in care, totaling 24 points. Her assistant and teenage daughter were present during the inspection as well. Lots of activities going on, the children were playing outside at the beginning of the inspection and later the children went inside and played with trains before lunch. Lunch was lentils rice bananas and apples with milk offered for a drink.
Lots of conversations between children and caregiver. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection summary.

2Evidence: The provider and assistant have TB tests that reached the two years on 7/19/2023.
Subsequent TB screenings have not been done at the time of the inspection.
Evidence: During the inspection the provider git an EpiPen out of the first aid kit. The medication was not stored in a locked space.
