Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/28/2024 from 11:35:00 to 12:40. The provider had 11 children in care with two caregivers. A total of 32 points Observed eating lunch and getting ready for nap. The provider has lots of room for the children and lots of supplies and interest areas for play.
Todays lunch was broccoli, nuggets, sweet potato fries, noodles and bananas.

Violations
4Evidence: A member of the household turned 18 in December and the provider failed to get a criminal records check conducted.
Evidence: Household member 2 is missing a sworn disclosure statement, the household member turned 18 in December.
Evidence:
The provider has an expired EpiPen for a child in care. The EpiPen has not been picked up by the parents.
Evidence: Based on interview with the provider and review of the emergency drill records, the provider failed to record drills done from September 2023 to February 2024.
