During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/3/25 and concluded on the same day., as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 3:00 and ended at 3:45 The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 2 caregiver; the point total was 29. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 1 staff and 3 household records . This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The provider shall keep a record of attendance and make thid record accessible to the inspector.

The provider has a attendance record for the date of the inspection, but not attendance records for the last two months.
Plan of Correction: I thought I could get rid of the attendance sheets so I tossed them. I will make an attendance book like we talked about and make sure I keep it.
