Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 01/16/2025 and completed on 1/27/2025, as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:32am and ended at 10:47am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 37 children present and nine staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and eight staff records electronically on 01/27/2025.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
