Inspector Notes
Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced Monitor Inspection on August 4, 2022. There were 37 children ages 14 months to 10 years old present under the direct care of 12 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 5 children?s records. Emergency & training information for staff records were reviewed during today's inspection. Staff records are maintained at the administrative offices and will be reviewed during the next inspection. Additional requested program records submitted by the facility were also reviewed to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
