Inspector Notes
Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced Monitor Inspection on February 23, 2023. There were 49 children ages 5 months to 5 years old present under the direct care of 12 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
