Inspector Notes
An unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted on September 26, 2023. There were 36 children, ages 3 months-4years, 14 staff and 2 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medications for children were reviewed during the inspection. Licensing Inspector review 5 children's records and 5 staff records. The children were observed during circle time, center time and active time on the playground.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Record for Child #5 did not include updated immunization documentation. Last immunization documents were completed 4/04/2022; date of enrollment 1/21/2022.
EVIDENCE:
In the infant classroom, Licensing Inspector observed multiple tubes of diaper ointment that was not labeled with the name of the child.
