Inspector Notes
The Licensing Inspector conducted a joint investigation with a local agency in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 10/26/2021.
The investigation regarding supervision outside was initiated on 10/27/2021 and ended on 10/28/2021. Care of children was observed, interviews were conducted with caregivers and children.
