Inspector Notes

Today an unannounced Renewal Inspection took place between the hours of 9:20am and 11:40am. There were 6 classrooms observed with a total of 39 children with 10 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with play dough, block, building towers, making a yogurt dip for apple slices and playing outside. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

Evidence: The cots in the Pre-K classroom were labeled with numbers. The cot chart on the wall in the classroom did not have children's names listed to correspond with each number.

Based on observation, over-the-counter skin products were kept beyond the expiration date.
Evidence: An over-the-counter skin product was observed in Child #3's cubby. The skin product expired 3/2023.
