Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/8/2025 from 10:15am to 12:15pm. There were 38 children and 10 staff present. The inspector reviewed 3 child records and 2 staff records on-site. The inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a tour of the facility. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards and law. No violations were issued.
