Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 7/19/2022 and concluded on 7/19/2022. There were a total of 11 children (30 points) observed with 3 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: outside play and infants on a walk in the stroller. A total of 3 child records and4 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Reviewed fire drills and emergency preparedness plan. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
