Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/13/2022 and concluded on 12/13/2022. There were a total of 10 children ( 33 points) observed with 3 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, blocks, and legos. The home, 3 child records, 4 caregiver/household member records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Violations
2Evidence: The provider did not obtain a central registry search every five years from the last search. Household #1central registry search was dated 9/20/2017, it expired 9/2022.
Evidence: There was no documentation of emergency drills for the months of July, August, September, October and November 2022. The provider acknowledged that she did not complete the drills.
