Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 12:05 pm to 12:45 pm. There were 27 children directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, no medications on-site to review, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies were reviewed,
Children were observed transition to rest time. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
