Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 19, 2023 approximately 3:00 pm to 3:50 pm. There were 32 children directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 3 children's records, medications on-site to review, evacuation drills were reviewed,
Children were observed transition to rest time to individual reading. Children had snack (cheez-its and water). There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized.
No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
