Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted April 24, 2024 approximately 10:10am-11:00 am. There were 36 children directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 6 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group musical activity to prepare for graduation and tranisitoning to outdoor play. Staff were engaged and interactive with the children. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
