Inspector Notes
Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on 3/29/2023, in the areas of forbidden Actions and Nutrition and Food Services. This was a joint investigation with the Franklin County Department of Social Services. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on April 4, 2023 and findings were reviewed on April 19, 2023.
Upon arrival at 10:00 AM on April 14, 2023, there were 12 children ages 2 years old through 8 years old and 2 staff members present. Licensing Inspector reviewed 2 staff and children records and conducted interviews with staff and children. There were violations found during the inspection that were unrelated to the complaint allegations.
As the information gathered during the investigation do not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be ?NOT VALID."

Licensing Inspector observed in the Toddler/Preschool classroom a total of 10 children ages 2 years old through 5 years old under the direct care of 1 staff member.
