Inspector Notes

Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced Religiously Exempt Code Monitor Inspection on December 14, 2023. There were 5 children ages 2 to 3 years old present under the direct care of 2 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 3 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on inspection, the Center failed to have a carbon monoxide detectors for each building that was built before 2015 and houses a child day program.

A carbon monoxide detector was unavailable.
