Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/29/2024 in response to a self-reported incident. There was a total of 14 children and 7 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed video footage, interviewed 1 staff member and reviewed a total of 1 child record and 2 staff records during the investigation. The inspector arrived at 10:30 am and departed at 11:30 am.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
