Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/15/24 and completed on 10/15/24 with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/8/24 relating to allegations in the areas of staffing and supervision and programs. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s record on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
