Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/28/2022 and concluded on 7/28/2022. There were a total of 3 children (7 points) observed with 1 caregiver present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, coloring and movement. A total of 2 child records and 3 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Reviewed emergency preparedness plan and fire drills. No medications. The provider requested to change her hours from 7:00am-6:00pm.The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
