Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection. This inspection was initiated by a complaint that were received by our licensing office on February 17, 2022, regarding the allegation of children's records and false advertising. The on-site visit was conducted on February 28, 2022 from 2:15 pm through 2:56 pm. Interviews were conducted with three staff, children's records, and enrollment documentation were reviewed. The information gathered during this inspection does not support the allegation. Therefore, the complaint is "not founded."

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
