The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced complaint inspection on 02/06/2023 and concluded on 02/06/2023 in response to a complaint received by the department on 01/24/2023 for allegations regarding behavior management. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid." There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
