Inspector Notes

An announced modification inspection was conducted on 8/9/2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 2:50 pm-3:30 pm. The department received a modification request on 7/3/2023 to open a new classroom and increase the licensed capacity. The center has also requested to modify the ages served to include children from 3 years of age through 6 years. The additional classroom was inspected. The space was equipped with age and stage appropriate materials and equipment. Handwashing and toileting procedures, attendance procedures, classroom and playground safety procedures, and emergency procedures were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
