Inspector Notes
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on July 7, 2022 from approximately 11:30 am to 12:45 pm. There were 31 children in attendance and a total of 3 staff present. 3 staff records and 5 children?s records were reviewed.
All areas of the center were observed including classrooms, hallways, kitchen, bathrooms, and the playgrounds. The children were observed playing with toys, listening to music, and eating lunch, while the licensing inspector was on the premises.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
There were violations found during this supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
