This inspection report was amended on 03/23/2026.
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 02/18/2026 and completed on 03/23/2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 01/12/2026 relating to allegations of operational procedures and behavioral guidance. The inspector reviewed two children?s record and one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
