Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A (monitoring/renewal/complaint) inspection was conducted on 11/2/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were two children present, ranging in ages from 15 months to two years, with two staff supervising for six points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A child's record, training requirements and caregiver records were reviewed. Lunch served today was spaghetti with meat sauce, fruit and milk. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
