Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector completed an unannounced monitoring inspection in response to an incident regarding the care and protection of children. The Department was notified of the incident on March 3, 2023. On March 21, 2023, the licensing inspector was on site from approximately 1:15pm to 2:50pm. Interviews were completed, observations were made, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support areas of noncompliance with the licensing standards related to the care and protection of children. No violations were issued.
