Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on July 31, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 107 children were present, ranging in ages from eight months to 12 years with 18 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
