Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 9/11/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/15/2024 relating to allegations of forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and one staff record on-site on 9/11/2024. Four staff were interviewed on 9/11/2024. This inspection included document review (children?s records and staff records), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
