Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from11:40am-12:50pm. There were 7 children (15 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and transitioning to naptime. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The provider could not locate the documentation during the inspection, but reported that orientation was completed.
